Sinteco Americana is an international organization based in Italy, recognized as a world-class manufacturer of customizable air treatment and food processing systems.
As a Solutions Engineer for Sinteco Americana, I wore many hats, including project manager, engineer, sales, and client relations. One of my key responsibilities was leading the optimization and growth of the first U.S. office in Chicago. By automating and streamlining the quotation process, I increased quotation efficiency by 200%, resulting in a 15% revenue growth and over $50 million in quotations generated.
During my tenure, I successfully managed the company’s largest project, valued at $35 million, for Nestle’s hygienic HVAC systems. This complex project involved overseeing 50+ custom air handling units (AHUs) and miles of ducting systems, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and 100% budget compliance. Through rigorous quality assessments and adopting new skills in AutoCAD and Revit, I reduced manufacturing errors to just 3%.
In addition to these accomplishments, I fostered strong client relationships and helped drive the U.S. office's growth and success in the American market.
