Developed an Ignition 8.0 Vision SCADA and upgraded existing logic to Allen Bradley PLC for a Waste Water (WW) Processing Plant. Oversaw three WW process systems within the SCADA, managing Trending and Alarming centrally. Created an interactive data table allowing client manipulation with proper security clearance, facilitating bi-directional data flow that automatically updated the database and respective PLC tags.
Implemented an Overview window to display the current state of conveyor belts and diverts, including running, stopped, interlock, and faulted statuses. Additionally, designed a Data History Table to record messages from the WMS to Ignition, facilitating data transfer to the PLC and instantaneous posting of PLC-sent data back to the WMS.
Contributed to the design of control systems by interpreting control descriptions, analyzing mechanical system requirements, and adhering to customer specifications. Independently led the development of multiple HMI and SCADA projects using Ignition 8.0, seamlessly integrating them with existing PLC programming.
